Bolgar is the leader of the Turin canton.

In the episode Template:118, his son was poisoned by contaminated water and he blamed Terek for it. He sought to kill Terek, but Flash Gordon interceded and promised to find a cure for the poison, as long as Terek was unharmed. Later in the episode, Flash returned with the cure, setting Terek free and making peace with the Turins.
