Deep Roy (b. 1957) is an actor, stuntman and puppeteer who played Fellini in the 1980 Flash Gordon movie. Roy is a 52-inch-tall dwarf.

Because of his short stature, he has played a variety of unusual characters in his acting career.

Roy has played Mr. Sin in the Doctor Who story "The Talons of Weng-Chiang", the Oompa-Loompas in Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, two ape children (of each gender) in Burton's Planet of the Apes, and a member of the Max Rebo Band in Return of the Jedi.

His other appearances include Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, The X-Files, Blake's 7, Return to Oz, Big Fish, The NeverEnding Story and The Dark Crystal.
