Overview
Vultan's Sky City is falling and as Flash, Dale and Thun rush to his aid, they are captured by Ming and subjected to his latest experiment -- a shrinking ray. They end up turning the ray on Ming himself and then getting to the Sky City with the gravity reverser module just in time.
